Upbringing of Children

The greatest punishment that can be imposed on any human is solitary confinement. We are not designed to exist in isolation. Family support is what gives us stability and foundation, and affords us a sense of identity and a sense of attachment, which is important to create a balance in the life of any individual.

The core of family in its entirety is healthy marriages. Healthy marriages forge healthy relationships across the board. Healthy relationships create healthy families, healthy families create happy individuals, who bring about happier communities, societies, and eventually a happier humanity. Yes! The happiness and contentment that everyone hankers after, starts with our marriages!

However, marriages which possess this potency require constant effort and care. This effort isn’t a once-off gesture, an occasional dinner, a yearly anniversary, and certainly not instant gratification. It starts with two individuals, often unique and different in their journeys and nature, who conscientiously choose each other with every sunrise. Two individuals who are willing to compromise their top priorities for each other, every single day. Two individuals who overlook and give each other another chance with every sunset.

Marriages Matters aims to upskill each one of us in the way we deal with relationships; especially marriages. It also aims to coach us regarding what effort is necessary for us to reignite the joy of unity, and cure the pandemic of disunity. What tips we require to re-paint our families with the joyful colours of Muhabbat once again. After all, marriages really do matter!
