One should recite the following Duaa 7 times in the morning and evening for protection from worries of both the worlds:
حَسْبِيَ اللهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ، عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ ، وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ
Allah Ta’aala جل جلاله is sufficient for me. There is none worthy of worship but He Alone. On Him is my trust, He is the lord of the supreme throne.
عن أبي الدرداء رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : من قال في كل يوم حين يصبح وحين يمسي : حسبي الله لا إله إلا هو عليه توكلت وهو رب العرش العظيم سبع مرات ، كفاه الله عز وجل همه من أمر الدنيا والآخرة (عمل اليوم والليلة #71)
Hadhrat Abu Darda رضى الله عنه narrates that Rasoolullah صلى الله عليه وسلم said, “Whoever recites every morning and evening حسبى الله لا إله إلا هو عليه توكلت وهو رب العرش العظيم seven times, Allah Ta’ala جل جلاله will suffice him for his worries of this world and the next.
