عن عائشة: أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان إذا رأى المطر، قال: اللهم صيبا نافعا (صحيح البخاري، الرقم: 1032)
Hazrat Aaishah رضي الله عنه reports that Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم would recite the following dua when he saw rain: اللَّهُمَّ صَيِّبًا نَافِعًا
One should recite the following dua at the time of rain:
اللَّهُمَّ صَيِّبًا نَافِعًا
O Allah, bless us with beneficial rain.
