Be Alert And Examine The Nafs

Hazrat Haatim Asamm رحمه الله has advised; “Be alert and examine the Nafs on three occasions:

1. When you perform a deed. Remember that Allah Ta’ala جل جلاله is Ever Present and All Seeing.
2. When speaking, remember that Allah Ta’ala جل جلاله is All Hearing.
3. When being silent, remember that Allah Ta’ala جل جلاله is aware of your silence (and what transpires in your heart).”
